Since 1993 Shapland Swim Schools have used a unique computer program to manage their day-to-day rosters in real time. Over the years we have developed that program to the point where it is now a seamless piece of software that now gives our clients and prospective clients a direct access to their Shapland Swim School account, known as MySSS.
This web-based software allows clients to cancel a lesson and then book a make up lesson, all without contacting the swim school office. This updated information is immediately available to the swim school, enabling them to update teachers on which students will be absent from every class that day.
Not only does MySSS allow you to manage your child’s lesson needs, it also enables you to pay your account, or to book a lesson time for any siblings, once again without having to contact the office.
New clients can now book their child into a suitable available lesson time and pay a deposit for their child’s class – just by answering a few simple questions – without having to contact the closest Shapland Swim School.

MySSS is the most innovative client/swim school interface in the marketplace today, making Shapland Swim Schools even more unique.
More than half of our locations are using the new MySSS software. Current clients at Alexandra Hills, Aura, Buderim, Carindale, Everton Park,Ipswich Kallangur, Moorooka, Morayfield, Taigum, Gaven, Stretton, Logan Reserve, Williams Landing and Warner locations can log into MySSS to manage their lessons and or accounts. New clients of Everton Park, Kallangur, Gaven, Stretton,Taigum, Aura, Ipswich, Williams landing, Logan Reserve and Warner can search for a lesson time and pay a deposit via the Instant booking form or send a booking request to the local team and we will be in touch.
If you are a client of a Shapland Swim School not currently using MySSS, rest assured that all of these schools still supply a blue chip service. You can be guaranteed your child will only have two other pupils in the class, and we will not run more than two classes in the pool at any one time. This ensures your child will receive more individual attention in a heated pool that has been specifically designed for teaching babies, toddlers, children and adults to swim.
